Sixty Center, Kentucky’de yer alan ticari bir komplekstir. Tasarımın temelinde; çevre bölgelerde otopark alanları, iç kesimlerde ise ticari birimler yer alır. Proje, “küçük bir kasabaya benzeyen” bir kentsel ortam yaratmayı hedefler.
Site iki ayrı yoldan erişim sağlanır; oluşturulan iç sokaklar boyunca paralel park ile toplam 412 araçlık otopark oluşturulmuştur. 42 ticari birim, iki kat üzerinde toplam 131.902 ft² (≈12.254 m²) ticari alan kaplar.
Birimler setback (geri çekme), çıkıntı, saçak, teras ve çatı varyasyonlarıyla kişiselleştirilir. Güney tarafında konumlandırılan ticari bölümlerin gerisinde, ana girişe yönelik çok amaçlı etkinlik meydanı ve dinlenme alanları tanımlanır.
The design consists of parking areas on the outer periphery of the site and commercial units in the remaining sections. Entry is provided from two neighboring roads, with parallel parking integrated throughout created streets.
The 42 commercial units across two floors provide 131,902 square feet of commercial space. The commercial units, spanning 2 floors, have been customized with setbacks, projections, overhangs, terraces, and roof variations, aiming to create a sense of a small town.
